Are these prices per user or per device?
Per user — covers all the devices that user uses (laptop + desktop + phone). Servers and infrastructure are priced separately and transparently.
What contract length do you require?
We offer 30-day rolling agreements. Annual and 36-month terms unlock discounts.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Our standard SME packages start at 10 users. We have a "Small Business" lite package for 3–10 users — contact us.
Are there setup fees?
Onboarding is included on 12+ month agreements. Month-to-month carries a one-off onboarding fee.
Will you migrate us from our existing MSP?
Yes — at no extra cost on annual agreements. Most transitions complete in 30 days.
