How does pricing work?

You buy at the reseller rate; you sell at whatever rate suits your market. Most partners use a healthy uplift on monthly recurring services, and either pass through or mark up the one-off setup fees. There’s no monthly minimum and no joining fee.

Is the service white-labelled?

Yes. Customers see your brand on tickets, monthly reports and the customer portal. We deliver invisibly behind you when you want us to — or co-branded when that’s simpler.

Who owns the customer relationship?

You do. Customer contracts, billing and account ownership stay with you. We are your back-end engineering team and supplier.

How fast can we get started?
