Handsets, headsets and meeting kit β out of the box, ready to go.
Yealink, Poly, Jabra, Logitech and Snom hardware, certified for Teams or SIP, pre-provisioned on your platform before it leaves us. Plug in, sign in, take the first call.
Stop opening boxes only to find the firmware is wrong.
We provision every handset and headset against your platform before shipping. Out the box, on the network, signed in β without a junior engineer spending an afternoon flashing firmware.
Teams-certified handsets
Yealink MP series and Poly CCX handsets sign into Teams via QR code, with native dial pad and presence. No third-party adapters, no hacks.
SIP handsets
Yealink T-series, Poly Edge, Snom D7 β provisioned to Horizon, Wildix, 8x8 or any standards-based SIP PBX. We carry the configuration profile.
Headsets that fit the role
Jabra Engage for noisy contact centres, Poly Voyager for execs on the move, Jabra Evolve for hybrid users. We size to the workload, not the spec sheet.
Meeting room kits
Logitech Rally, Poly Studio, Neat Bar and Neat Board for huddle, small and large rooms. Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms β properly commissioned.
UK stock & next-day
Most lines stocked in the UK with next-working-day delivery. Configured, labelled, dispatched in named boxes β pre-tagged for asset register.
Lifecycle plan
We track refresh dates and end-of-life firmware so devices get replaced ahead of becoming a support burden, not afterwards.
Not every desk needs a Β£200 desk phone.
Most office workers will live in a softphone (Teams or platform native) and need a quality headset rather than a handset. Reception, executives, hot-desks and meeting rooms each have their own sensible answer. We pick by role and donβt over-spec where it isnβt needed.

Frequently asked questions
Can we use our existing handsets on a new platform?
Most SIP handsets from Yealink, Poly, Snom, Cisco and Gigaset from the last 7-10 years can be re-provisioned to a new SIP PBX with a config-file change. Microsoft Teams Phone is fussier β only Teams-certified hardware natively signs in, but we can repurpose older SIP handsets via Direct Routing where it makes sense.
Headset over Bluetooth or USB?
For desk-bound users, USB-A or USB-C wired headsets give the best call quality and donβt need charging. For hybrid users who move between meetings and desks, Bluetooth with a USB dongle (so it pairs to PC and phone simultaneously) is the sweet spot. Pure Bluetooth without a dongle is fine for laptops but range and switching can suffer.
What is "Teams-certified" and does it matter?
Teams-certified devices have been through Microsoftβs interop testing and sign in to Teams natively (with QR codes for handsets, single-click pair for headsets, automatic mic muting respecting Teams state). Uncertified devices usually work but can have edge-case issues with mute, hold and presence sync. For executive and contact centre roles we always recommend certified.
Do you do meeting room install?
Yes β engineers attend site to install displays, cabling and the Teams Room compute appliance, commission Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms, train the room and add it to your asset register and patching schedule. We also do refresh installs where the existing meeting room kit has aged out.
Can we lease hardware rather than buy outright?
Yes β operating lease over 36 months is common. Spreads the capex, includes break-fix during the term, and we replace with current-generation kit at the end of the lease. We can also wrap hardware into a per-user-per-month price if youβd rather see one number.
