Backups that survive ransomware. Recovery that actually works.

Most backups fail silently — and most companies only find out after an attack. We deploy immutable, tested backups across Microsoft 365, servers and endpoints, then prove they work every month.

Why our backup is different

Built for the threat actor, not the auditor.

We assume the attacker has admin. Our backups assume it too — and survive anyway.

🔒

Immutable storage

Write-once, ransomware-proof copies that even your domain admin cannot delete.

🛰️

Air-gapped offsite

A second, network-isolated copy in a separate geographic region — your bullet-proof last line.

🧪

Tested recovery

Quarterly automated restore tests with screenshots — proof, not promises.

📨

Microsoft 365 backup

Mail, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams — full granular restore. (Microsoft does not do this for you.)

💻

Endpoint backup

Optional laptop/desktop backup for road warriors and execs with sensitive local data.

⏱️

RTO/RPO you can show the board

Clear, documented recovery objectives per workload — agreed, monitored and reported.

Disaster recovery

A DR plan that you can actually execute at 3am.

Backups are not a DR plan. We build, document and test a full disaster recovery plan — including failover, comms, decision trees and clear roles — so a real incident becomes a process, not a panic.

  • Workload-by-workload assessmentMap every application to a tier, RTO and RPO. No guesswork at 3am.
  • Azure Site Recovery / DattoReplicate critical servers continuously to a warm standby in Azure.
  • Runbooks & decision treesClear "if X then Y" steps so any senior engineer can execute the plan.
  • Annual DR drillFailover, applications tested, sign-off report — auditor-ready.
  • Cyber incident bundleDR plan tied to our SOC, so ransomware recovery starts in minutes, not days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Doesn’t Microsoft back up our 365 data?

No. Microsoft’s shared responsibility model only covers the platform — it explicitly recommends a third-party backup for your data. We provide it.

What’s the difference between backup and DR?

Backup gives you copies of data you can restore from. DR is the people, process, runbooks and infrastructure to get back up and running fast after an incident. You need both.

How fast can you get us back up?

RTOs vary by workload, but our typical Tier-1 servers fail over to Azure within 1 hour. M365 restores depend on data volume — usually hours, not days.

Are backups encrypted?

Always. Data is encrypted in flight and at rest, and key management is separated from your production identity.
