Firstnet Direct Limited ("Firstnet Direct", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through firstnetdirect.co.uk and during the delivery of our services. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 07132409, with registered office at 28 Croft Close, Two Gates, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B77 1BF.

What we collect

• Enquiry data: name, company, email, phone and message content when you submit our contact form.
• Service delivery data: data needed to deliver agreed services to client organisations (user account information, device telemetry, ticket content).
• Website data: aggregated traffic statistics, technical logs and security telemetry to keep the site safe.

Why we use it

• To respond to enquiries and provide quotations (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
• To deliver contracted services to client organisations (contract).
• To protect our systems and our clients’ systems against fraud and cyber attack (legitimate interest).
• To comply with legal obligations (regulatory, tax, audit).

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. Service delivery data is retained for the duration of the contract plus retention periods agreed in our service contract or required by law.

Your rights
