Frequently asked questions
What does "unlimited" support actually mean on Standard?
It means we don't count tickets β your team can raise as many as they need for routine support. A "fair-use" clause covers extreme outliers (multi-hour project work, system migrations, new office setups). Those go on the Β£75/hour project rate.
What's included with each tier's M365 admin?
Basic covers day-to-day (new users, password resets, mailbox permissions, distribution groups, basic Teams/Exchange). Standard adds full Teams, Exchange and SharePoint admin plus licensing changes. Premium adds advanced Exchange (mail flow, transport rules, connectors), advanced security settings and complex tenant configuration.
What if I need more than 30 tickets a month on Premium?
That's very rare β by the time you're at that volume, we'd typically restructure as a custom plan (essentially fully-managed). Talk to us if you think you're at that scale.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes β month-by-month. We'll review at any quarterly meeting if you want to step up or down. There's no penalty for a tier change.
Is there a setup fee?
For Managed Support there's a one-off Β£100 onboarding fee that covers documentation, agent rollout, baseline review and the first month's scheduled tasks. Most add-ons have their own setup fee β those are shown when you tick them.
What's the contract term?
12-month rolling agreement for the support service. Add-ons can be added or removed monthly. Hardware and licensing terms vary by vendor.
