Hosted phone systems without the cupboard full of wires.
Cloud PBX from Horizon, Wildix, 8x8 or RingCentral. Calls answered anywhere, mobile twinning, full reporting and number porting from your existing system — without a hardware refresh.
Your on-premise PBX is a depreciating brick.
ISDN is dead, PSTN is being switched off, and the maintenance contract on that wall-mounted box is paying for engineers to keep an EOL platform alive. Cloud telephony costs less, does more and goes with your team to wherever they’re working today.
Calls anywhere
Desk phones, softphones, Teams, mobiles — the same extension rings on every endpoint you want, with one identity and one voicemail.
Reporting that actually helps
Live wallboards, call-by-call recording, abandoned-call alerts and historical trend data. Know what’s happening on the phones, not just guess.
Smarter call routing
Time-of-day, hunt groups, queues, ring-all, IVRs, voicemail-to-email and overflow to mobile. Configure it yourself or have us do it.
Hot-desk & home-work
Log into any handset, anywhere, and it becomes your extension. Works for hybrid teams, hot-desks and home offices alike.
CRM integration
Pop the customer record on inbound, click-to-dial on outbound. We integrate with Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Pipedrive and most of the line-of-business CRMs.
Predictable monthly cost
Per-user, per-month. No upfront PBX hardware. No annual maintenance contract. Scale up and down without renegotiating.
Hosted PBX migrations should be boring. Ours are.
We’ve moved hundreds of UK businesses off legacy PBXs and ISDN. The pattern is well-rehearsed: scope, design, port, configure, train, cut over out of hours, support hard for the first two weeks while your team adjusts.
- ✓DiscoveryWe document every extension, hunt group, IVR menu, voicemail and out-of-hours route on your current system. Nothing gets lost in translation.
- ✓Number portingEvery existing number ported across — geographic, non-geo and 0800. Cut-over scheduled out-of-hours to a 30-minute window.
- ✓Handsets & headsetsNew Yealink or Poly handsets pre-provisioned. Existing kit reused where it’s SIP-compatible. Jabra and Poly headsets for softphone-first users.
- ✓Training that sticksOne 30-minute session per role — receptionist, sales, support, admin. Plus video guides for self-serve onboarding of new starters.

Frequently asked questions
Will the PSTN switch-off affect us?
Yes — Openreach is withdrawing PSTN and ISDN by end of January 2027, with stop-sell already in place. Any business still on analogue lines, ISDN2 or ISDN30 needs to migrate before then. Hosted PBX is the most common replacement.
Can we keep our existing numbers?
Yes. Every UK number is portable, including 0800/0808, 03xx, and geographic numbers. We schedule the port window out-of-hours so there’s a brief cut-over rather than a full day of disruption.
Do we have to throw away our existing handsets?
No — if your existing handsets are SIP-compatible (most Yealink, Polycom/Poly, Snom, Gigaset and Cisco SPA models from the last 5-7 years), we can re-provision them on the new platform. Only the truly ancient gets replaced.
Can it integrate with Microsoft Teams?
Yes. Most hosted PBX platforms have a Teams integration so the desk-phone rings alongside Teams, or you can collapse onto Teams Phone directly — see our Microsoft Teams Phone page for that option.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Calls fail over to mobiles automatically — every extension can have a mobile twinning rule so if the desk phone can’t be reached for any reason, the call routes to a mobile. For sites that really can’t afford a comms outage, we add a 4G/5G failover circuit.
