Meeting rooms that just work β every time.
Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms designed for the way the room is actually used. One-touch join, dual screens, room scheduling and a single button that doesnβt require IT every Monday.
Stop buying generic kits that donβt fit.
A 14-seat board room and a 4-seat huddle pod need very different cameras, microphones and displays. We size each room to its geometry, its acoustics and how the team actually uses it β not to whatever bundle was on offer this quarter.
One-touch join
Calendar appears on the room console. Tap the meeting. Camera, mic and screen all power on. Nobody had to fiddle with HDMI cables.
Dual-screen ready
Gallery view on one screen, shared content on the other. Tracks whoβs speaking, frames the room intelligently, captions in real time.
Microphones that work
Beam-forming arrays, ceiling tiles or table mics β chosen for room size and seating layout. Echo cancellation tuned to the actual room, not the demo room.
Room booking panels
Touch panels at the door show availability, let people book on the spot, free the room when meetings end early. Calendar synced with Outlook / Exchange.
BYOD or native
Native Microsoft Teams Rooms / Zoom Rooms for managed sites. BYOD over USB-C for boardrooms where execs want their own laptop driving everything.
Proactive monitoring
Every room is monitored 24/7 β display offline, camera not responding, certificate expired. We see and fix before someone walks in on Monday.
Six categories of meeting space. Each has a right answer.
Most of our installs land in one of six room sizes. We carry standard designs for each, with substitutions for budget, brand preference and integration with existing AV. Sites with a dozen rooms get a consistent experience β the same panel, same camera, same one-touch behaviour wherever you go.
- βPhone / focus pod (1)A laptop and a Jabra Speak. Not a room install β but worth getting right because itβs where most calls happen.
- βHuddle (2-4)Neat Bar Mini, Logitech Rally Bar Mini or Poly Studio X30. Single screen, integrated bar, fits a 32-43" display.
- βSmall (4-6)Poly Studio X50, Rally Bar or Neat Bar. Single 55-65" display. Most-used room size in UK offices.
- βMedium (6-10)Rally Bar with rear-of-room speaker, or Poly Studio X70. Dual 65-75" displays. Table or ceiling mics depending on layout.
- βLarge (10-16)Logitech Rally Plus or modular Crestron Flex. Two cameras (presenter + audience), ceiling mics, dual 75-86" displays.
- βBoard / town hall (16+)Custom design. PTZ cameras, ceiling mic arrays, audio DSP, multi-display, sometimes streaming or recording integration.

Frequently asked questions
Microsoft Teams Rooms or Zoom Rooms?
Teams Rooms if youβre already a Microsoft shop β single management plane, single licensing, native Teams calendar. Zoom Rooms if Zoom is your dominant meeting platform. We deliver both. The dual-platform "interop" modes both vendors offer are useful for joining the *other* platformβs meetings as a guest, but you should pick your primary based on what staff actually use day-to-day.
Can existing screens and cables be reused?
Often yes. Modern Teams Room compute appliances output 4K over HDMI so any reasonable display from the last 5 years will work. Existing cables, mounts and patch panels are usually reusable unless theyβre audio-only or non-HDMI. We survey before quoting so there are no surprises.
What if our boardroom needs to do hybrid AGMs or streaming?
We design board rooms differently β PTZ cameras with presets, audio DSP for mic mixing, an AV control system rather than a single console, and integration with streaming platforms (StreamYard, Restream, native Teams Live Events). Talk to us early in the design process if streaming or recording is in scope.
How long does an install take?
A standard small or medium room: half a day on site once the cabling is in place. Large or board rooms: 1-3 days including commissioning and testing. Most projects from order to commissioned room run 3-6 weeks because hardware lead times now matter more than installer availability.
Do you do roll-outs across multiple sites?
Yes. The biggest wins on a multi-site programme come from standardising the design β same hardware, same console, same room booking panel β so a user walks into any office and the experience is identical. We project-manage end-to-end and stage hardware centrally before shipping kitted boxes to each site.
